The Gibson L-00, introduced in 1931, with its 14-3/4″ body width and 14th-fret neck joint, is a classic acoustic steel string design, here reprised by Canberra luthier Bruce McCulloch. Featuring traditional wood selection and construction, there’s an X-braced Sitka Spruce top with Mahogany back / sides, and East Indian Rosewood fretboard, bridge and headstock veneer. Rosewood and Hard Rock Maple bindings protect and define the body edges, and Golden Age 3-in-line tuners provide perfect tuning stability. With excellent attention to fit and finish throughout, this guitar plays and sounds as sweet as it looks with excellent bass/treble balance. A deluxe brown hard case completes the package.
