With its N- serial number this all-original MIJ ST-62 Stratocaster dates to 1993-94, and this example shows why this era of Fuji-Gen guitars 30 years ago are so well regarded. The fit and finish throughout is tight & smooth, the deep body contours and 7.5lbs (3.6kg) weight is perfect, the Maple neck is straight and the frets in the dark Rosewood fretboard are in excellent shape after a recent crown and polish by us. The original electronics are in place. Yes, this has its original MIJ ceramic pickups, but as others have observed, these sound strong and take pedals particularly well. There’s minimal wear to the body, and three small repaireed bumps on the back of neck are smooth to the touch. Comes with a gig bag, but we do have some s/h hard case options if required.
