A really nice 2003 Fender Custom Shop ’59 Relic Esquire in see-thru blonde. It’s like all mid 2000 Fender Custom shop guitars, Extra special! This was an era they really had it nailed.

This guitar has had a neck pickup added but original wiring and pickguard are in the case. We think it could be either a Dimarzio or a Seymour Duncan. The guitar has a stunning ash body with a fantastic feeling neck, nice sounding and strong pickups, and also quite resonant unplugged. This particular guitar was given the light relic treatment so it has some dings, dents, and finish checking. Comes with the original tweed hardshell case and original COA. The bridge cover and the original toploader bridge plate are in the case if you wanted to turn it back to a toploader Tele or Esquire. A fantastic Custom Shop Fender instrument!

Playability Notes: This model came with a toploader bridge and also has a standard telcaster bridge with string ferrules if you wanted to convert to a Telecaster. We aren’t sure if this was a subsequent mod or was standard from the factory. It is all professionally done so good to go,
