This is a 1968 Fender Telecaster in excellent condition and in perfect working order. A great example with a fresh body-only nitro lacquer refinish and light relic courtesy of Frank Grubisa (one of Australia’s best Luthiers), this ash-bodied Telecaster is lively and powerful sounding. The maple neck has been refinished also in nitro lacquer, with flame figuring extending the length of the profile and natural play wear on the maple cap fretboard. The ash and maple tonewood pairing yields a natural acoustic voice with great midrange complexity, tonal breadth and defined note attack.

A replacement original 1960s Fender black case is included.
