Amwatts Notes: Lez Karski (Bondi Cigars, Hippos, Supercharge, Donkeys, Nervous Investors etc) commissioned Frank Grubisa to build him an offset body guitar with Strat tremolo, The results were this amazing Blue Healer, It was sold by Lez approx. 5 years ago and sadly stripped of paint/pickups and had a homemade tortoise shell pickguard installed. It was found in Melbourne 2 years ago and sent back to Frank for full restoration. He still had some original blue paint, it was stripped bare and resprayed in Nitro Lacquer, A new pickguard was made and a set of Brierley P90/Strat pickups were custom wound and installed . It comes with the original case that has stickers on it from its life on the road .. Saved and restored ready for its new home
CVG Notes: What can we say, if it was built by Frank Grubisa and for Lez… enough said. A beautiful Aussie made guitar that will do Strat and P90 tones.. amazing.
